But with the boat and the golf course right in the backyard, you may not want to leave.

A car is recommended but no necessary.

Uber and Lyft are great and reliable in the city.

Each guest must provide their picture ID and registered prior to arrival with the association.

Minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old

The pool and gym are open with restrictions due to COVID-19. Reservations required at all times:

- The pool is available every day from 8:00AM - 7:00PM limited to 2 hours per unit per day

- The gym is available 7:00AM - 12:00PM and 2:00PM - 7:00PM with 1 hour reservation per unit per day.

For pool reservation on the weekends, reservations have to be made no later than Friday at 3:00pm.
