This new smart residence building is located on Biscayne Boulevard within walking distance to the best places in Downtown Miami, 5 minutes away from the Kaseya Center and Bayside Market Place, bars, restaurants and so much more. The space This condo of 626 sq ft with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and resort-like amenities, is spacious, stylish, and well equipped for a couples getaway or a friends and family trip. The main living space is professionally designed to be tasteful as well as comfortable for your stay. The kitchen has everything you need including top-of-the-line appliances such as a glass top stove, oven, toaster, a Nesspreso and dripping coffeemaker, cooking pots, and utensils. The dining area has a table and four chairs, it leads into the living room which has a comfortable full-size sofa bed along with a Smart TV and access to the balcony with panoramic views of Biscayne Boulevard overlooking the city where you can sit back and enjoy amazing sunsets!!! The master bedroom includes 1 king-size bed, 1 full bath, a TV, a walking closet, and direct access to the balcony. Inside you'll find bath and hand towels, washcloths, fresh linens and additional linens for the sofa bed, and complimentary toiletries. Guest access – The daily Amenity Fee (Resort Fee) of $59 + taxes (Total $66.67) is already included in your nightly rate, as well as the cleaning fee. Nothing additional is due at check-in. This fee is charged per day, not per person.
