Head to Coral Gables (only a 10-minute drive!) for high-end boutiques, eateries, and more. Check out Caja Caliente for delicious and unique Cuban tacos, or come for brunch and try the guava pancakes. MKT Kitchen is another option if you're looking for more deli-style food: pastries, sandwiches, and family meals. If you want to spend the day in Coral Gables, make sure to check out the Shops at Merrick Park for sophisticated and high-end shopping. Only 5 minutes away is Calle Ocho in Little Havana, a thriving and lively cultural scene with bright murals, delicious and authentic Latin food, and Latin American art galleries. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000 If you would like the pool heated during your stay, there is a $40 fee per day. Please coordinate with us prior to your arrival so that we can arrange for the heater to be on. This property is dog-friendly with an additional $250.00 fee per pet for stays of less than 30 days. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog. (only dogs are permitted, sorry) If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside. Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle. The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it. Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages. This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it. We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine. If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500. This house worked very well for our family of 5 over the Holiday. It is very close to great restaurants, walking distance to Starbucks and grocery store. Short drive to coconut grove area for even more shopping and eating. The house has a great kitchen space and eating area if you choose to cook at home instead. The heated pool was perfect for the kids everyday. The neighborhood is very quiet, family friendly and lots of dog walking. ##### Emily B. Definitely need a car to get around as not too much close by. Only feedback would be to add 2 more loungers in backyard and need pool/beach towels. We would recommend the house to others.
