  • This place is right behind the James L Knight Center, right between the Brickell Avenue and the S.E. 2nd Avenue bridge. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. Lots of new, very tall buildings have made the Miami landscape a very popular site for photography!

Great stay in Brickell

Comfortable condo great location and helpful staff. We were a family of 4 (adult kids) we did have to buy a blow up mattress for one of my adult kids so they didn’t have to share the pullout couch. Main bedroom had a queen bed, enough pillows for all. Kitchen stocked with plates, cups, utensils etc. Breakfast was included with our stay. Nice pool and gym available for guests. Would stay here again! Communication with owner was great.

Overall a great stay. Exceeded expectations

Having read poor reviews we were trepidatious about our stay but we were pleasantly surprised. Apart from the taxi driver from the cruise terminal having difficulty finding the exact location of the property all was fine.The check-in process could have been easier with no response to my queries before our stay and then making us wait until 4:00pm for check in when I am sure the room was ready for us to move into before that time. It seemed they were wanting us to pay the early check-in charge to make some more money...However, the apartment had everything we could have wished for, all its amenities (dishwasher, washing m/c, dryer, coffee maker / cooker / dishware & cutlery) were fine, it was clean, we were supplied with extra towels / coffee / sheets promptly. The facilities of swimming pools, saunas and gym were very good. Location is good, staff were helpful & knowledgeable.
