Invest in a Keurig to make coffee - the espresso machine is cheap and flimsy. 4\. Buy a new small table for the balcony - the current one is rusted. 5\. Provide a small bottle of detergent pods. 6\. There is no site manager as indicated on the confirmation to assist; the desk knew nothing of our reservation. The outdoor furniture had not been cleaned in months. They chairs/tables were filthy (imagine living adjacent to a coal-fired power plant). I spent a half-hour cleaning them. The counter stools were so wobbly that we deemed them unusable. There was no ice maker or trays (in the subtropics!). The wand in one shower was disconnected. The coffee maker was an unusual brand, making only individual cups, impractical for a large party. The management wanted an additional fee to replenish the cartridges. We bought a Mr. Coffee and left it. And... our key access was cut-off a day early, requiring a lengthy exercise to gain entry into the garage and our room. But the view was great. ##### J. Keith K. Super convenient to shops and restaurants of Coconut Grove, and comfortable enough to dine in and entertain. The hosts were responsive and helpful and made us feel welcome and well attended to.
