I loved the property. Very clean, Sergio the host was very informative, and always responded in a timely fashion, and there are plenty of restaurants to eat at in the area. I would definitely recommend staying at this property if your in the Miami area.
The apartment was very clean and organized upon entry, while the check in process was extremely easy. The owner was even kind enough to suggest near by restaurants with recommendations for each one! Above and beyond service, 10/10
It was great stayed here by myself for a week loved it 10/10 a lot near by locals are sweet n kind!

Great place, wonderful location if you want to be by Little Havana. You can walk everywhere Parking available, which was handy. Comfortable bed, quiet, attentive host.
Really was a great place for us!
Great stay. A good choice if you’re traveling solo or with another individual. The neighborhood is great as well.

The on-site mangos (trees) were awesome. Was nice to have access to a grill. Had issue with the lock not working on last day, but it worked out in the end. Finding none in the bathroom, requested a single face and hand towel but was told they had none available. Also ran out of toilet paper on last day...so we grabbed some extra from a breakfast spot to get us through! Space is a good size for a single person - was a little tight for 2 with luggage. Excellent proximately to Little Havana and just far enough off that street that location was quiet.
