The property was in Downtown Miami which is nice! It is a very short walk to BaySide which is convenient. The pool that is shared with Yotel is nice too. The Yotel that the condos are connected to also has a decent Happy Hour M-F 4-7 which I took advantage of. Now, here is where the property lacks. The room size can hold 3 but it would be kind of uncomfortable. The view is of other condos and a pool and construction. The property manager waited until the day of my check in to let me know that there was a $350 check in security deposit that I could only send through 2 options, neither of which I had and one I had never heard of. I sat in the lobby going back and forth on phone calls for an hour and then was told to wait an additional 15 minutes for a virtual key. I had to threaten to get the authorities involved before receiving the virtual key. After that, their customer service became prompt and respectful. Washer and Dryer convenient and useful. Cool shower.

They lie and scam you they damage the sheets after I left and tried to charge me 250 for a queen sized sheet and I have a video of the sheets cause I removed them from the bed and checked them before I left out
