The house can be utilized as one residence or separated into three fully functional private living spaces. What does this mean for you? You'll have the entire house and property for your family/group. Your amenities will be three times as many. You'll receive 3 private kitchens with everything (one main and two small), 3 washers, 3 dryers, 3 large fridges, (2) 65'' smart TVs with premium cable, 4 add'l smart TVs 48-55'', 3 work desks, multiple sofas. There's a brand-new Walmart and restaurants a little over a mile from the house.
