Have an espresso before heading down to the courtyard for breakfast by the meditation pool or utilize the direct beach access to take a leisurely stroll along the beach. Grab a patch of sand on iconic South Beach or stake your claim on a plush lounger poolside and enjoy the morning rays. Head upstairs to make a quick lunch and freshen up before venturing out to explore Miami. Whether it’s shopping at Lincoln Road Mall, an art exhibit at the Bass, or experiencing iconic South Beach nightlife, soak up the energy of the city before returning to the serenity of this luxurious retreat. THE SPACE: – Separate 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and balcony. – Spacious 1,316 ft² (122 m²) of living space. – Ocean & City view with Southern exposure. – Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium amenities for your personal needs (just like a hotel would). – Entertainment amenities include LCD TVs, DVD players, cable television, Bose sound system, and free high-speed wireless Internet. GUEST ACCESS: When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself in all the wonderful hotel amenities, which include 3 Azure pools, plush chairs on the white sand beaches, Spa, gym, room service, and valet. You are treated just like a hotel guest. GUEST SERVICES: Our private concierge will be on-premise to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have. GETTING AROUND: The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance to the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: – Valet parking is available at regular hotel valet rate. – Pets are not permitted in this residence. – Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel/condominium operator. – Housekeeping services are not included in room rate & are provided by & paid directly to the hotel. Departure clean will be charged a day after check-out at a rate of $100.00 per hour with a three-hour minimum + tax. The reservation will be considered pending until the agreement is completed and submitted with a copy of your identification.
