Everything is walking distance from this apartment! You can do anything from shopping, quiet dinner or crazy night. Beautiful sunrises from the terrace!



The Space:

You will love this huge apartment in a luxury high rise facing the bay in the middle of Brickell. The unit is spacious enough for 4 people.



Enjoy the condo amenities such as two pools (one heated), hot tub, gym, game room with ping pong table, among others.



➤In some cases, we can accommodate special check-in/ check out times.



➤ Please note that a pack-and-play will be provided upon request.

➜ The master bedroom has private access to the bathroom and laptop area.

➜ The living room is spacious enough to comfortably open the queen-sized sofa bed if needed. Full dining table with six seats and a huge balcony to spend moments you will never forget.

➜ The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils you may need.



Guest Access:

➤ We provide 06 bath towels for the apartment. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide extra set for $10 per towel.



➤ Guests will have access to the entire unit, please make yourself at home.

Getting Around:

Brickell is very walkable, and this apartment is in the middle of the action! You can walk everywhere, take a short Uber ride, or take public transportation (some of it free) just on a couple of steps away.



Other Things to Note:

➤ Please note that any changes to the primary guest once registration has been completed will be subject to an additional fee.



➤ Two physical fobs will be provided for your stay.



➤ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas.



➤ Please note that although there is one parking spot. Parking garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans, anything larger than that may be difficult to get around.



➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.



➤ Packages and mail :

The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long it is under the name of the primary guests during the registration/ the guests staying in the unit. Letter mail is not permitted, only packages.
