I would never go back. Even though the property is prime location, the rooms are pathetic with no proper elevator facility and the cleanliness is less than 0. I don’t know how I spent one night there

Really good location and affordable. Unfortunately cockroaches in the fridge, shower didn't work properly. No parking passes avaliable throughout the stay, informed by front desk that you can park on the road outside the hotel after 11pm but got a parking ticket. It's worth doing your research on parking but be aware it's very expensive in miami beach

It was absolutely disgusting. Not even hand soap. Towels were dirty. Floors were dirty. Bed pillows smelt like cat pee. Every single thing about it. We were scared to sleep here and only stayed one night. Homeless woman in the lobby and a strange man following us around.

It was bearable. First room we found a roach. Went to the front desk during night shift since we checked in late and he was really accommodating. We got another room and it was nicer, but there were gnats all over the bathroom. Literally killed a whole bunch and more showed up. I guess that’s better than roaches though??

Property is fine for the price but customer service was very poor and even worse than I could have imagined. I wasn’t expecting much for the price in Miami Beach area… but customer service matters more than anything else in the hospitality industry

The manager was rude and had no training in customer service. No warm welcome, no smile, nothing. He gave me a room with no washcloths, and told me I had to wait until the morning. After being on the road all day all I wanted was to take a shower. This wasn’t cool at all. Luckily it’s a nice woman on staff who offered to get me some washcloths from her hotel! The woman, and the fact that I had to pay an unexpected $40 for parking is the only reason I agreed to stay.
