Step outside and you’ll find Brickell, known for its vibrant nightlife, world-class dining, and shopping. Within walking distance, you’ll find everything you need to explore/enjoy this exciting the neighborhood.

New King size bed in Master Bedroom, and pullout queen size sofa bed in the living room. Apartment sleeps 4 comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen full pots and pans and cooking utensils.  
  
Other things to note:  
  
➤ Enjoy the convenience of one Free Parking space for a standard car during your stay. For additional cars, the building has a valet parking service with very reasonable rates.  
  
➤ Please note that although there is one parking spot. Parking garage is advised for Medium SUVs and Sedans, anything larger than that may be difficult to get around.  
  
➤ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas.
