The property was very clean, and exactly as described in the photos. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. They allowed us to check in a couple of hours early and check out an hour late. (Although I wouldn't expect that from them every time, maybe we just got lucky with our timing). The neighborhood is nice and quiet and easy to get to. No complaints at all ##### Alex T. The prior reviews are correct. The host are very responsive. The property is set up perfectly as a short term rental. The location is close to U of M, the Gables, and Coconut Grove. Nice location, house was in good condition. Beds and bathroom were clean. David communicated well. Would stay again. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was extremely well kept. The bathroom had plenty of towels for the 3 of us and the toiletries were nice. I always appreciate when there is a full size ironing board and hair dryer. Would definitely stay here again! ##### Casey D.
