One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00 of accidental damages. Note: \*The $49 waiver does not apply to same day bookings, 1 night reservation, local guests and more than 28 nights reservations. \*Reservations from Bookxxg. com will be required the $500 refundable security deposit. All of them are recording 24/7\. There is a noise detector in the outdoor area and no recording takes place. A few things to keep in mind in case you're not familiar with South Florida in the summer. It is hot, very humid, and it rains a lot. It is not uncommon to experience thunderstorms, tropical storms, and even hurricanes. In the summer we also see an increase in insects (ants, spiders), mosquitoes, lizards, and iguanas. One car max. Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property. Lastly, please please remember that you're staying in a private unit, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.
