Great communication with the property team. Amenities were good. I would say the 2nd bedroom isn't really a great option for an adult to sleep on. It is essentially a futon, in my opinion. But for the location and the amenities, if that's ok with you, I highly recommend it. I would stay with this property management team any time. ##### John F. The location was great. It was very clean and beautiful. The only concern is that the AC kept breaking up every day. The maintenance was very quick to come over to fix it but they had to come almost every day we were there. And it was pretty hot in Miami those days. Besides that, it all was great!! ##### Samia P. How nice in every way, contemporary and clean, everything in it seemed new. The balcony gets sun about mid morning in February and then it stays for most of the day. This unit has commanding water and city views from the 48th floor. The location is within walking distance of everything worth seeing in new Brickell. Drive at your own peril, walking is faster.
