Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.



The home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Valet rates:

o 1-7 days at $35.00 + tax per day

o 8 days at $30.00 + tax per day

o Monthly rate of $650.00 + tax



• This home includes resort fees that will need to be paid upon check-in:



o Security deposit hold of $250 per stay

o Daily resort fee of $40 + tax

o Long term stays: 1st month $1,200 + tax, 2nd month $900 + tax



• Valet parking for a second vehicle is available for an additional fee.
