### Luxury apartment in Doral miami, 1 Bd

Beautiful and modern, 1 bedroom, full and equipped kitchen, Large pool, VIP lounge, Gym, Spa social areas, and a spectacular looby, In front we have a large park of 3 acres, which you can enjoy with your pets or children. In the area you find supermarkets, gyms, restaurants, bars. Parking is free, in the same building, for one vehicle, if you have a second vehicle you can use the valet parking 40 dollars a night or the public parking for 20 dollars a night.  
  
Full 1 bedroom apartment with king size bed, 43 inch Smart TV, bathroom, double sofa bed, kitchen with basic utensils, stainless steel appliances. Desk and chair. Dining room with 4 seats. Tv in the living room.  
Bed linen and towels, clean and fresh, everything to really relax when you arrive from a day of sightseeing in the city or to work from home.  
Central air conditioning, plus washer and dryer.  
  
You can enjoy the swimming pool and wet areas.  
  
Two fobs will be assigned to the guest for the opening of the doors of the amenities or access to elevators. In case of loss, it has a cost of 100 US each.  
  
By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following house rules.  
To ensure an exceptional experience for all guests and staff, please read and follow the following house rules.  
#1: The person whose name appears on the reservation must be the person checking in and must be 21 years of age or older.  
\# 2: respect your neighbor  
While we encourage all guests to enjoy their stay, we ask that you be courteous and respectful to all neighbors and staff.  
\# 3: Check-out is at 11 a.m.  
Our next guests will arrive at 3pm and we need enough time to prepare the space for them. Our dedicated cleaning crews start cleaning at 11am. Late check-out carries a surcharge.  
\# 4: lights and air conditioning  
To conserve as much electricity as possible, raise the air conditioner temperature to 75 degrees and turn off all lights every time you leave the unit, even at checkout.  
\# 5: Anything you wear, please return it  
Everything in the apartment is yours to use, we only ask that if you use or move something, please return it where you found it.  
\# 6: no parties or events allowed  
Any unruly behavior or serious complaints will result in you being asked to leave.  
\# 7: Do not eat or drink in the bedrooms  
Eating or drinking in bed can lead to accidental spills and additional cleaning fees.  
\# 8: no smoking  
We are a smoke free building. Smoking is not allowed inside the units, on the balconies, in the common areas or in the amenities. Please respect this rule. Please note that if smoking is anywhere, an additional $ 300 cleaning fee will apply.  
\# 9: accidental breakage or damage  
Please let us know if something breaks so we can make sure it is replaced for our next guests. We will try to fix it, but if it can't be fixed we will ask for your help to cover the replacement.  
\# 10: access to amenities  
On the 2nd floor, you can enjoy the gym (you enter with the fob at any time) and social room, coworking, meeting room, which you can access by reserving a time at the reception. We provide pool towels inside the apartment for your comfort. If you take your towel to the pool, be sure to bring it back. Oh, and please no alcohol or glass containers in the pool.
