Nightmare

There was no stay at all. I can’t believe you are even sending this to me. We were notified 2 hours before check in that the property wasn’t available. We spent the whole weekend rearranging our plans with NO help from VRBO. The fact that I got this message say everything — you have no clue what’s going on with your customere
