The balcony was closed to access and the windows had a plastic cover on them so you couldn't have a clean view, it was obscured. Everything else was very nice. ##### william w. Host is also a 3rd party (an external property management company). This means it is managed by a third-party provider using a system different from Vrbo. These property managers manage their own reservation processes, which can result in a different experience! Due to this arrangement, Vrbo does not have access to the full payment details or the ability to handle cancellations or modifications for your reservation!
