Pets are not allowed in this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.  
  
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.  
  
It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.  
  
Maximum Occupancy: 6 (2 guests per bedroom).  
  
**Security Deposit Policy:**
  
A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.

#### Miami Boat Show House

We enjoyed our stay. Quick and easy access to Get to South Beach and the place had everything you needed. The heated pool was a bonus at night for us to just relax in !! Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get away to Miami

#### Very Disappointing

Beautiful property, but way short of being a luxury rental. Pool for one was useless as it was full of debris and insects. And even after we reported it not being clean and told it would be during our stay it wasn’t. And this was one of the main reasons for the booking/ Security was an issue. Doors to home in the rear didn’t lock properly and we had to send a video showing that even while locked they would still open. We arrived to a security bar wedged in the back door that did nothing in lieu of it being properly repaired and secured prior to our arrival. So needless to say it’s hard to go to sleep within this neighborhood with unsecured doors. We also had a service guy come into the home unannounced/with all doors “locked” while our elderly mother was there taking a nap. He was directly told not too and when we left the house, he decided to go in anyway thinking no one was there with all our belongings and mother there asleep. Well I got a panicked call from her with someone in the house and her wanting to relocate somewhere else That’s not how you want to continue a luxury stay. Total disregard of our concerns, privacy, and safety. And even after we were told there would be no one else coming to the house, the very next morning someone entered the gated backyard area banging on trash cans and rolling them across the driveway awaking us. I don’t take this review lightly and there is more but no space left , but this is warranted.
