They provided beach chairs, an umbrella, shampoo, conditioner, tide pods and a lot of other little things other rentals don't always supply. We also were able to use the local community gym for a daily fee. The condo building is older with a small pool. Parking lot is tight but we appreciated an assigned spot to park. The hosts were very responsive and nice. We came to Miami to catch a Marlins game and relax with 2 teenagers. This apartment was perfect for us. Instructions for access were very clear and easy to follow. We could walk to the grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, and easily drive to South Beach or downtown for more exploring. Especially since a parking spot is provided. The beach was a 2 minute walk and all the beach gear was provided. We did bring our own snorkel gear and spent a lot of time in the water. We also walked the beach in the morning and watched the sunrise. The entire are is very quiet, safe, and family friendly.Everything was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with all our cooking needs. The host was also very responsive to questions.
