The staff uses the Expedia app to communicate and they are very attentive and respond very quickly. Parking can be a bit touch and go but we didn’t have any trouble finding parking. It’s about a half hour walk to the baseball stadium, which is very manageable. There is an awesome restaurant on the rooftop of the hotel that is separate from the hotel. Excellent vibes, delicious food, friendly staff and beautiful views. You also pass a nice little sandwich shop on the way. 10/10 would recommend.

The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful and made sure to check on us throughout our stay. The room was very clean and immediately upon arrival i could smell that it had just been cleaned not just a loud smell of bleach but real cleaning supplies. No bugs no rodents and it was really quiet. 10/10 would recommend

I really liked our room, I love the roof top! They have excellent food and service! There is also a patio where you can work. The WiFi is real good and the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is lovely. I really like the fact that we had a TV and a fridge (ideal to keep the water cold). They are super nice and the staff is really attentive

Mi experiencia fue rara. No estoy acostumbrado a un hotel que no tiene recepción. Ni staff para hacerles alguna consulta. Toda la comunicación es via WhatsApp. Son muy estrictos con las horas de check in y check out. Te lo recuerdan por WhatsApp. La propiedad no tiene estacionamiento y si alquilas un carro es muy difícil conseguir estacionamiento a toda hora. Sin contar la preocupación de dejar el carro estacionado en los alrededores. El barrio donde está el Hotel no es muy bonito, es una parte de Miami que no sé si es segura. Sobre las habitaciones tienen todo lo que uno necesita para estar cómodo. Pero es ese tipo de hotel que sirve solo para dormir. Muy limpio aunque no hacen limpieza del cuarto mientras uno está hospedado. Los accesos al hotel y a las habitaciones son con códigos que te dan minutos antes de entrar al hotel. Algo que tiene a su favor es que fue muy céntrico para mí ya que estuvo muy cerca de los lugares a donde fui de visita a Miami.
