There were a mix of guests ranging from high end, to international to ghetto. Pros:1\. Location - beautiful location on the water with gorgeous views from the apartment and the pool. Easily walkable to restaurants and the mall.2\. Nice pool with plenty of seating.3\. Access to gym with excellent free classesCons1\. The owner is not responsive. I never received cleaning instructions or WiFi information.2\. Check-in is unpleasant. Requires texting copies of personal information to unknown number. Lots of miscommunication. Restricted to 3 pm with no ability to hold luggage or use facilities before checkin. 3\. Apartment shows a lot of wear and tear. It is apparent it was once really nice but it is in need of significant repair - especially the master bathroom.4\. You cannot do anything on the property without constantly scanning key fobs or QR codes. 5\. The pool does not allow any food or drinks AND also does not have any pool service to order.
