Everything is very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. We were able to get the room very dark and ask for extra pillows your accommodated. We did not eat breakfast but the wine was very good at the bar.

Indigo is a beautiful hotel well run staff is wonderful with an enormous ego. The rooms were very nice. The building next-door was a mess and under total construction there is no view from the hotel. We were able to walk from the hotel all over the place, which was great. The location is very convenient to Walgreens CVS Brickles Mall restaurants Miami Avenue. Miami is a very crowded town.

My room was clean and the staff were friendly. This hotel was fine for the purpose for me. I had a one night stay in Miami before another flight and just wanted to shop etc. I arrived at 10 am and had emailed previously requesting an early check in about 2 weeks in advance and then again few days prior without reply. I arrived at 10 and my room was ready at 2 pm. I found this frustrating as I was leaving the next morning at 730 am They also tried to charge me 2 times for this room which was pre paid via Expedia

Location is great for walkable restaurants, the train is also very close that you can take for free and site see. The room does not come with a microwave which would have been helpful for my extended stay. The Valet was also $40 a night but cheaper alternatives are available a few streets over.

I traveled here for work and didn't have the best experience while I was here. The room that I checked into didn't seem to have been cleaned all the way. There was trash still in the trashcans, plastic bags in the closet, water in the shower and hair in the sink. They were accommodating and got me into a new room ASAP which seemed to be a lot cleaner. I did find that every time I tried to call down to the hotel lobby, no one answered the phone or maybe the hotel phone wasn't working. The breakfast was delicious and the service was lovely for breakfast. The valet staff was also extremely friendly and helpful loading my bags into the car.
