We humbly open our duplex for your exclusive enjoyment. This house was completely remodeled in August 2019 and it consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. It has a small private fenced area in the back. We professionally clean and disinfect after each stay for your safety. Free parking for up to 2 cars Located in a safe neighborhood in Miami called Westchester. Come enjoy this remodeled home!! Quiet neighborhood. IMPORTANT NOTE: Regardless of the cancellation policy, a non-refundable 10% processing fee will be applied to all cancellations. ROOMS: This house sleeps 8 guests. It is very safe! The neighbors are friendly and available if you need anything. The chair was broken. We had a couple of other issues but the host corrected them right away. The is as pictured however it’s not very clean. When I arrived at 3am I went out and got cleaning supplies for the restroom and kitchen. There was old dirt and dust on the ceiling and walls in the restroom. It just needed a professional cleaning. The washer and dryer are outside . The two issues we had the owner took care of next day they are very responsive and friendly. ##### rachel m. The house was perfect, the girl worked great, the owner stayed in contact and made she we didnt need anything we couldnt get. She even went out of her way to bring us a mini decorated Christmas tree, and when we needed admin help she liaised with the management company on our behalf. We will definitely be back. We have not had great luck with Vrbo, in 2 planned stays we have had to initialize (and wait a bit) 2 seperate admin cases.
