The staff was super nice and helpful. They let us store our bags for the day before we could check in. The room was plenty big for our family of 5 with the pull out couch . The beds were really comfortable and clean. It was the perfect place to stay with just minutes away from the airport. We’ll be staying here again.

We were booked the night before we were to leave for our cruise. The power went out and my husband who is stage 4 lung cancer was trapped in the elevator between the 2nd and 3rd floor. I called front desk NUMEROUS times and they assured me help was on the way. He didn’t have his oxygen with him and I was starting to panic. I called 911. They had NO idea about the situation and dispatched immediately. The staff acted like it was just another day of business. We were almost 3 hours late for our cruise and had to go without even showering. I was disgusted and December and January we will stay elsewhere with the rest of our cruise group. I was not offered a discount or even an apology.

I chose this hotel because the airport shuttle was included and available until 11:00 pm. I even received a message with a number to call when I arrived confirming the 11:00 availability. When we arrived the shuttle was not available and I had to pay $30 for a cab to get to the hotel. The hours had changed but not updated online or in their messaging. Very disappointing! Other than this the hotel was nice.

It was just an overnight stay but good place to stay. We left some clothing behind but couldn’t come right back to get it but when we did they still had it. Thank you house keeping! Breakfast could have been a little more selection but good otherwise.

I booked this hotel for the airport shuttle. When I called to ask about it the rude person said no shuttle after 9. My flight got in at 9. The website says 9:30. This is a hotel by the airport, really 9:00 pm. Won’t book that again.

Great location due to proximity to airport and NU Stadium. This hotel is very outdated though, we had to change rooms 3 times first room they gave us had a horrible smell, second room would not cool off under 76 and finally the third room was “okay”. Carpets are torn in places and very musty. The shower doors let all of the water out and the bathroom will flood if you don’t shower only with the jet shower head setting. AC is loud at night. Room furniture is broken and stained. Beds were comfortable tho but other than that, I would not recommend anything in this hotel. It needs to be refurbished!!

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable!! The staff was helpful in answering questions about the hotel’s shuttle to the Port of Miami to catch our cruise. The cost of $10.00 per person was very reasonable and less than the cost of Lyft or Uber. The hotel also has a shuttle to and from the airport.
