The building offers variety of every day pampering activities like going to the fitness center, soaking in the hot tub, or a visit to a day spa center. It is surrounded by a broad selection of trendy restaurants, cafes, bars, terraces and top spots for shopping. The Space: Enjoy your stay in this elegant, light-filled condo with its modern interior design. It combines the charming features of an upper-middle class with the Wynwoody graffiti-like paintings on the walls. Benefiting from plenty of natural light, this exclusive 35th floor apartment has a big balcony from which you can enjoy the wonderful skyline of Miami and beautiful intimate sunsets. LIVING ROOM The living room communicates with the balcony through the glass doors. It has two large and comfortable two-seater sofas that can be also used as an individual bed. A stylish media unit with a TV set completes the living room's character. This room is like a central hub from where people can depart into all directions. There is a classy dining table for 6, overlooking the spacious kitchen fully-equipped with electrical oven, microwave, fridge, double bowl sink, dishwasher and basic appliances. You can also sit at the bar having coffee before exploring wonderful Miami. BEDROOMS Each bedroom is close to the balcony from where you can either contemplate the stars before you fall asleep or be woken up by the sun unless you close the curtains. You can keep your belongings in the stylish chest of drawers which are found in each room. Entertain yourselves by watching TV from your cozy beds. Each bedroom has a different type of bed. BATHROOMS The apartment offers four bathrooms, both decorated with stunning marble desktops and large mirrors. One of them features both a bath and a shower while the other has a huge bath. The apartment is cooled by central AC unit. The Neighborhood: Discover the Best of Miami at The Grand. Nestled in the vibrant Edgewater neighborhood, The Grand offers stunning views of Biscayne Bay and easy access to Miami’s most iconic destinations: ✧ South Beach (8 min / 3 miles) ✧ Wynwood (5 min) ✧ Brickell City Center (2 miles south) ✧ Design District (2 miles north) ✧ Arsht Center & Kaseya Center ✧ Downtown Miami Nightlife Other Things to Note: BOOKING RULES After reserving the apartment, you are required to provide legible copies of government-issued IDs or passports for all adults aged 15 or older for building registration. The minimum age to book is 21, with no exceptions as per building requirements. Third-party bookings are not allowed unless agreed in advance with StayCozy. If you are booking on behalf of others, please let us know before completing your reservation. Depending on the length of your stay, the building may also require a full residency application within 24 hours of booking, which could include prior residency, employment details, social security number, references, and other personal information. Please note that our photos represent examples of units within the building. While furnishings and finishes may vary, the quality and aesthetic will always be consistent with the images shown. Because our apartments are part of the Grand Building and occasionally in rotation, minor differences may occur. Cancellations and refunds are only possible in specific circumstances. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to flight delays, illness (including Covid), funerals, bad weather, or other unexpected events outside our control. A refund or reschedule will only be provided if an official state of emergency is declared in Miami-Dade County or if a mandatory evacuation is ordered. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially if your booking falls during hurricane season between June and November. Occupancy rules are strictly enforced by building management. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and late arrivals must be communicated immediately. Check-out is at 11 AM. If needed, luggage can be stored with the bellman before or after your stay for $3 per suitcase. Parking is available at a cost of $160 per stay for one vehicle, and requests must be made within 24 hours of booking. Each additional vehicle is $250 per month. Daily valet parking is available at $48, payable directly to the building. To ensure proper registration, parking details, IDs, and payments must be submitted by 2 PM Monday through Friday. If documents are submitted after hours or on weekends, valet parking must be used until the office reopens. Guests are welcome to receive packages during their stay, but delivery dates must fall within the reservation period. The unit number will be provided 24 hours before arrival. We cannot assume responsibility for packages arriving before or after your stay. Any missing remotes, streaming devices, or similar items will result in a charge of $100 per item. We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind, so please ensure you take everything with you at check-out. Please be aware that the building is undergoing renovations. Construction may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential pool is closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open.
