This apartment is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. Free parking . ID or passport required for check in ;) . The Building Management wants to be sure the main guest acknowledges their rules. For that, the main guest will have to provide an email address to electronically sign a contract and send a picture of a government ID. Please, send the picture and the email address through Airbnb, and we'll send the link for the signature. Thanks! The building can store luggage, from 7 am to 4 pm, the cost is $5 per bag. If a bag is picked up after 4 pm, there is a $20 late fee. In the heart of Miami, in Brickell, you'll have access to all amenities available in the building: Pool, laundry, game room, gym, and FREE parking (for one car). The opening hour of the amenities (as of September 2021): . Pool: 7 am to 8 pm. . Game room: 7 am to 11 pm. . Gym: 24 Hours except for the weight room: 8 am to 11 pm. You’ll have one parking space for free, that you’ll be able to access after registering with the front desk. Parking is inside the building, in a parking garage, with a clearance of 6’-2”. If you have an extra car you may use the valet (subject to availability). Valet (The Club): Cash only! Up to 1 hour = $3 1-4 hours = $7 4 or more = $10 Overnight = $15 Open 7am-12am Monday to Sunday. There’s a washer and a dryer in the apartment, and there’s also a laundry room on the 14th floor. You’ll need a laundry card, to use the laundry. You can purchase that from a machine inside the laundry ($5), or use one other guest may have left in the apartment and add money to the card. They accept only cash. They don’t sell laundry products there. Unauthorized late checkout $150 until 1pm, after that, $100 more per hour (you have to leave at 11am sharp or before) Smoking $150 per day booked Pet in the property $300 per day booked Unauthorized extra guest $300 per day booked Lost key or FOB $200 If any neighbor complain $250 If the police comes to the apartment $500 Extra dirt (vomit, coffee or sitting wet on the couch/sofa etc) $300 Other things broken or damaged $100 or 150% of its price (whichever is higher) at Walmart (or at a similar store). You are also responsible for any other loss the host may incur because you didn’t follow any law, rule, instruction etc. Air conditioner: 72 F is the lowest temperature the air conditioner supports. If the temperature outside is below 72 F, don’t put the the air conditioner’s temperature below 72 F, as the air conditioner may freeze and stop working. Please, keep the windows and doors tightly closed, while the air conditioner is on, as keeping them opened would cause condensation inside the ducts (that eventually leads to mold!) and the temperature in the apartment won’t go down. This is a self check in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow all instructions being provided through the house manual, the check in guide and chat messages. You also agree that you are not going to contact your host before reading all instructions. You are also responsible for any other loss the host may incur because you didn’t follow any law, rule, instruction etc. Remember we’re not responsible for any incident in the shared spaces, including the parking lot. Use these spaces at your own risk. Guests are not allowed to receive mail, or any kind of deliveries, to the apartment’s address. Guests cannot have visitor, at any time. Cable TV, or any other form of TV/video access, is *not* provided. This place was not adapted to people with any medical condition, special sensitivity or of any specific age. Noise levels, temperature, odors and other characteristics of the location were not designed to avoid the activation or worsening of any health related problem, pre-existing or not, or any sensitivity. There’re cleaning products in the property, accessible by the guests. If you’re coming with minors or people with some disability, please, be sure they won’t access these materials. We welcome families to use our place, but advise it’s not, in any way, child-proof, or especially adapted to minors or people with disabilities. It’s not a risk-free environment. Please, use common sense while enjoying this place. Florida has a warm weather, which attracts animal life. Leaving the doors or windows opened for any extend of time may let in flies or other bugs. Thanks for understanding. The place is not brand new, and has minors normal wear and tear. We’re aware of that and you won’t be charged for that. If you are going to need any kid’s or baby’s amenities we offer, please, let us know in advance, so we can relocate the amenities you’ll need to your apartment, as they are very low demand equipments. To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we provided an initial supply of toilet paper (along with a few extra rolls under the bathroom sink) and of other things, but these may not be enough for your entire stay, and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
