This is a converted one-bedroom with two sleeping areas—King and Queen beds. The second room has no door, so privacy is limited. Living room is slightly smaller. Only 2 guests can access amenities (non-transferable); minors not counted. Located in Icon Brickell, shared with the W Hotel, enjoy resort-style amenities like a large pool and dining. Kitchen features Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Steps from Brickell’s top spots. \*The balconies will be closed due to the HOA façade renovation project\* \*Temporary Closure & Noise Notice\* Due to scheduled building repairs, the pool and pool deck area are currently open only on Saturdays and Sundays. This schedule is determined and managed by the HOA and may change at any time without prior notice. We do not have control over these updates. All other amenities, including the spa and gym, remain open and operate seven days a week during their regular hours. THE UNIT Located in the heart of Brickell, this beautiful apartment is perfect for families, couples, and business travelers alike. With dedicated internet and generous space, it’s also ideal for remote work. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, cutlery, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and more. You’ll also find convenient appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. ID VERIFICATION Building management requires all adult guests to be registered at check-in. Please be prepared to present a valid ID to the check-in staff upon arrival. ESSENTIALS PROVIDED Our unit comes with all basic essentials as listed on the platform. In addition, we provide enhanced starter supplies such as toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, a limited number of laundry and dishwasher pods, and dedicated internet service. Please note that these supplies are one-time complimentary items. For additional needs, convenience stores are located within walking distance. OPTIONAL SERVICES To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer optional services through our trusted partners. If you’re not comfortable paying a late fee due to circumstances beyond your control, you must wait until 10 AM the next day to check in. CHECK-OUT: Before 10 AM • A $100 late check-out fee applies for departures after 10 AM, as we need time to prepare for the next guest. FOBS: The unit includes 2 sets of fobs. Lost fobs will be charged at $120 each to your deposit or card on file. CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: The booking holder must be present at check-in. If not, please notify us in advance. Another verified guest (ID submitted through this platform) must be present. All guests must be listed on the reservation. Minimum check-in age is 18\. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. AMENITY ACCESS: After registering with the front desk, guests can head to the pool area between 9:30 AM and 5 PM to receive their amenity access QR codes. Guests must show ID and provide their phone to receive the code. This unit is allowed up to 2 QR codes. QR codes expire at 11 AM on check-out day. If you arrive outside these hours, you will need to wait until the next day to get access. PARKING: Valet parking is available at $50 per day with no in/out privileges. Charges increase with usage: • 0–1 hr: $13 • 1–4 hrs: $24 • 4–10 hrs: $30 • 10–24 hrs: $50 Frequent in-and-outs may result in $70–$80 per day in charges. However, once you figure out who you need to talk to, it was very smooth. The valet supervisor in the morning (sadly forget his name) was incredibly kind and helpful—definitely made the 50-a-night parking, if you use the service, worth it.One downside was that the pool closed at 7 PM, which was a bit disappointing since the sun was still up, and it would have been nice to enjoy it later in the evening.The room overall was clean and had extra blankets and pillows, which was great. However, some corners of the room and the space under the beds were not as clean as they should have been.That being said, the location of the hotel was perfect. With plenty of restaurants nearby, a beautiful riverwalk right behind the hotel (with food truck and playgrounds), and amazing views of the city and ocean, it really made up for any minor shortcomings. ##### Isabelle J. The condo was nice and clean, but we had a really bad issue with the front door. Anytime you open it it made the loudest and I mean the loudest screeching noise. Our three year old daughter was sleeping in the guest bedroom right by the front door, which did not have a bedroom door and it woke her up every time we opened and closed the door. Also, the only toilet in the unit kept breaking, and I had to take the back apart and continue to fix it every single day. The pool is also a pain. It takes forever to check in to the pool and you are not allowed to bring any friends or guests, which is a pain specially if you were staying at a purchased and owned a condo and would like to have friends over because the pool is very nice. So the overall stay was fine, but I would hope That in a building that nice that those little things would be fixed or taken care of even by maintenance while staying there which they were not. ##### Cory J. The shower water had a strong unpleasant smell to it and had to use the spa shower by the pool due to that and the tub was very deep and as a pregnant woman I could not enter safely. The shower head was not ideal either. The actual beds and living area were very nice. Guest bed was very hard and difficult to get good rest on. I texted the host the morning of our check in for checking details because I hadn’t received any. I was sent a long check in procedure that included a phone number to contact with my arrival time.I texted the number with my flight information and everything seemed fine. Then I was told to text when I was 30 minutes away, which I did. Upon arrival no one was there to check me in. I finally got a text to call a random number and a man came downstairs to check me in. But he had no record of our reservation. I showed him my reservation and my text thread with the host from that day- as recent as a few minutes earlier. After 20 minutes of standing in the lobby with my tired children, he tells us he found my reservation but said there was a “problem” with the unit. Finally he told us the unit wasn’t cleaned. So we had to wait hours for it to be “cleaned”. We tried to cancel and get a hotel but couldn’t find any availability. They said they’d refund our welcome fee for the hassle but they didn’t. On to the room- once we finally got in it was disgusting. I wouldn’t take my shoes off in the unit. The smoke alarm was ripped from the wall which is an obvious safety hazard. The dishwasher pods were yellow and moldy. There were scratches and scrapes all over the walls. The toilet didn’t work. This is was a VRBO nightmare. Don’t stay here! ##### Heather H.
