Zero stars experience. Arrived in absolutely uncleaned apartment, trash in the bins, used bedding with sand on it, dirty floors, toilet and etc… after that we received a response what cleaner will not come, probably only on the next day… It was already a nightmare on the first day of our vacation. They had another unit available on the same floor, but the view from windows was on the parking lot and huge trucks offloading instead of the ocean… And the apartment had cockroaches going all over the tabletop, food and everywhere even in the bedroom… In addition the electronic lock was discharged and could lock you outside apartment any time, nobody came to change the battery for the whole duration of our stay. If you like to have dinner with cockroaches or arrive in the dirty apartment go try yourself. No refund was offered by the owner by the time of writing that review.
