We spent most of our time waiting for elevators. Two nights we came back from dinner and the elevators we down. We are in our 70s and we have to walk up 26 flights to our room!!!! We got locked out of our room once and my husband’s 700 prescription glasses were stolen out of our rental car!! Worst VRBO experience we’ve ever had and we’ve been using you guys for over 20 years.
