Walk to the vibrant Miami Design District, quick drive to Wynwood, Brickell, Downtown, Miami Beach. Relax in a private space designed for comfort + style. Shopping, sunshine, or nightlife? Your perfect base to live like a local.  
  
This home offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, free parking and patio.  
  
\-The master bedroom offers a Queen size bed.   
They have their own Smart TV in the bedroom.  
  
\-The second bedroom offers a Queen size bed too and a dedicated work space.   
  
\-Living room offers a very comfortable sleeper Queen size sofa bed and smart TV.   
  
\- Fully equipped KITCHEN, brand new appliances.   
Kitchen includes: SS appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher and 4 burner electric stove. Kettle, Coffee maker, toaster.

This property you are booking is an entire home in a spacious duplex house; two units arranged side-by-side.

My spacious 2-bedroom house has everything you need for your MIAMI trip.   
  
Guests will have access to the entire home and patio and back yard. Private parking for 2 cars in the driveway.  
  
This property you are booking is an entire home in a spacious duplex house; two units arranged side-by-side.  
  
\*\*We are in a residential community and, although this is a vacation destination, there are neighbors. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence!  
  
We are available through Airbnb messenger and by phone between 8 am to 10 pm 7 days a week. Please let us know if you have any questions during that time.  
  
Buena Vista is a quaint neighborhood in Miami, Florida, enriched with a vibrant mix of history and charm. It\`s ideally positioned north of Downtown Miami and abutting the Miami Design District. Buena Vista is a culturally diverse area with a unique blend of arts, dining, and shopping experiences. Buena Vista has been booming ever since the Design District took off. There are numerous high end restaurants popping up all over NE 2nd Ave which is the commercial street which borders Buena Vista to the East.  
  
There is space to park 2 cars on the driveway. The home has a next unit; 2 more parking spaces are for that unit. The quiet hours are 10pm-8am. This is enforced to respect our neighbors.
