Our stay was short so we didn’t get to use the kitchen much but appears to have everything you need for cooking. I loved sitting on the balcony enjoying my morning coffee. The visit could not have worked out any better. The apartment was very clean, bright, and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and extra linens were a big help. As others have said, the location is in the heart of Coconut Grove, just of Biscayne Bay so the best of both worlds, convenience and a sea view with the park steps away. ##### ANDREA P. For a party of four, we had to bring in two chairs from the balcony. Sofa is very uncomfortable. Bar seating also needs to be replaced. Beds were comfortable. It is located in an excellent area with many entertainment and dining options. The apartment is in great condition with spectacular views. The bathrooms are spacious. After a last minute switch from staying in South Beach to Coconut Grove, we couldn’t have been happier with our accommodations. Gorgeous condo, easy check in, great location and well kept. Water pouring in ceiling through AC vent, Black dust on all floors, Elevators not working so 10+ min wait time the squeeze in. Construction in apartment next door so the noise was very loud.
