It was luxuriously furnished and decorated in a modern style . With 2 beds and sofa bed, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Walk to bars and restaurants, Brickell City Centre (Mall) with upscale shops and restaurants. Publix Supermarket is 2 blocks away, where you can get the best groceries. 3 miles to Wynwood, South Beach, and Design District. The Space: All spaces comply with comfort to be used by guests The space has everything you need for a house. It has a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, hair dryer. Guests will be greeted with basic items for their first day of stay, toilet paper, kitchen towels, shampoo, soap and dish detergent. If your stay is longer than two days, you can buy your items in the markets in the area. Guest Access: Story residence designed by Corradino Group offers its guests and residents proximity to all that the Brickell area has to offer, but in-house amenities might just keep you inside. Guests will have access to the building’s amenities. Please note that fob keys are required to access these amenities. Do not stay here!!!! Stay away from Stay Sol in general they are horrible, no Costumer service. From the beginning they were sketchy, no Access to the unit until 5:30pm when the check-in was supposed to be at 4pm! NO HOT WATER ALL STAY FOR 7 NIGHTS AND NEVER CARE TO FIX IT, no Internet, shower broken splash everywhere, Master Roomtv did not work! And if that's not enough to keep you away from it; the whole place was stinky and gross also the fridge did not work for 3 days and the fridge have no shelves on the door so very limited space to put groceries.
