From the colorful streets of Little Havana to the art-filled walls of Wynwood, there’s always something new to explore just minutes away. 🏡 The Space \* Sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably \* Bedrooms: 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 Bunk bed with trundle \* Living room: Pull-out couch to be a queen bed \* 2 bathrooms with showers \* Bright and open common area \* Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs 🚗 Parking On-site parking for 4 vehicles and additional free street parking available. 🔑 Guest Access & Support Guests enjoy full access to the entire property. They’re harmless but may occasionally make noise in the morning. If you’re sensitive to noise, earplugs might be helpful. A security deposit of $1,000 will be pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of check-in. This is a temporary hold and will be released following a successful inspection of the unit after checkout. Any damage or missing items discovered during or after your stay will be the responsibility of the guest. Please inform us immediately if you notice any damages or items that require attention. Guests will be invoiced for anything missing or damaged upon checkout. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Any smell of smoke will automatically result in a $400 fumigation fee charged directly to the guest. We have a patio with chairs and a large backyard should you wish to smoke outside. Additional Cleaning Fees: For messes left upon checkout that are egregious and beyond the scope of a \`regular\` cleaning, guests will be charged an additional fee of $60 per hour of cleaning to compensate the cleaning company. Any charges in connection with damage of property, whether by natural person, automotive, pet or otherwise, will be assessed in addition to any cleaning fee and/or pet fee. Please do not put food or objects down the kitchen sink drain. The sink does not have a garbage disposal. All guests and pets must be disclosed to the host. Duplex resident's party/visit on their back stoop which is only feet from the property bedrooms. My son and I found it difficult to sleep all 3 nights with noise coming from neighbors and street.
