GARBAGE: The city of Miami removes garbage every Tuesday and Friday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. If you are staying during those days, and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. If the bins do not need to be emptied don’t even worry about it, our cleaning team will take care of it right after your departure. PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees. PARKING: One car can be parked into the backyard. Paid parking on same street, but free and easy parking one street up. PETS: Pets are allowed. If you would like to bring your pet, please let us know in your initial message to us. CAMERAS: These are placed outdoor only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler. It could easily sleep 20 people. It has a Casita that sleeps 5 people and another area that sleeps 7-8 plus 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds each. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms spacious and the kitchen is well stocked. It does have a hot tub, but we did jot use it. The backyard is very relaxing, specially with the water future. The area is very central close to the shops and markets.
