Just steps from the Biscayne Bay. Centrally located just minutes from Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Design District (5 mins) & Only 10 mins from Miami Beach. Walking distance to the amazing Brickell City Centre & Marry Brickell Village. Building amenities such as steam room, pool and GYM. CVS drugstore and supermarket right by the building and Publix supermarket just a block away. Early check-in upon availability + additional fee Dear guest, It is a pleasure to welcome you in our home for your trip. I would like to remind you about the House Rules: 1) Smoking is only allowed at the outside area. There will be $200 fine per day for smoking inside. We have the rights to charge an extra cleaning fee for smoking inside the house. 2) No loud music inside at any time. 3) Garbage – Trash is to be disposed of properly in trash bags. You must not leave garbage bags on the floor. Garbage bags are not left unattended in front of door or in stairwell. Please dispose all garbage in the trash-shut that is located on the hall labeled as “TRASH SHUT” (It’s on the section 0-12 from each floor). 4) Visitors and/or other guest that are not staying at the property, are required to be pre-approved by us, and must leave the property before 10pm every night. 5) Check out is at 11AM (+15mins after checkout time will incur a charge $50usd; & +2hrs after checkout time will incur on a charge for an extra day. Rooftop bars and surf \`n\` turf grills cater to the banking and business crowd, while the art galleries and fashionable boutiques in the Brickell City Centre attract chic locals. The Brickell Avenue Bridge spans the Miami River and has views of the waterfront Miami Circle park and archaeological site. The Brickell area, south of downtown, is a walkable area, with lots of new shops and restaurants in a neighborhood that was primarily residential in previous years. Furthermore, its privileged location grants very easy access to bus, metro, taxi or car. Parking is internal, covered and free. A minor update regarding your upcoming stay at The Club: One of our two swimming pools will be temporarily out of service for maintenance starting July 12th. Our other equally spacious pool, however, will remain fully accessible for your enjoyment. We trust this small adjustment will have a negligible impact on the quality of your stay. You don't get this fob until you get into your room, however. Thank goodness there was a polite young man innthe elevator that used his for us. When we got to the room, we found used tissues in dirty sheets in the pullout couch. Two guesses what those were. Also, the master bath had only one door on the tub. ##### Bryan M. The 3rd bedroom is not a bedroom, it’s a frosted glass enclosed chamber next to the dining room. Aside from the the additional issues we encountered were:- towels smelled moldy- there was a napkin shoved into the front door lock preventing the deadbolt from engaging when attempting to lock the door. We found this concerning from a safety standpoint, spent an hour trying to get ahold of someone then they never called back when they said they would - damaged front door - 1 balcony door didn’t lock- shower had only one glass door - 1 was missing - floor was dirty and sticky The only good thing about this place was the location ##### Cara F. Booking the unit was easy, however communication with the property manager was not timely. I had several questions prior to our arrival which were not answered. I did not receive final instructions on how to access the unit until I was boarding my flight to Miami. I like to be prepared so this caused me some stress.Check-in is 4p and they mean that, not 1 minute less. We arrived at 3:45p and had to wait in the lobby until the clock struck 4p although the unit was ready.The unit was bright, cozy and clean as described, however, it was somewhat worn down. The first thing we noticed was the smoke detector was beeping. I went down to the front desk to see if they could help but they could not. I was told I needed to get with the owner. We were not going to spend our time listening to the annoying beeping so I went to the corner store and purchased batteries for 14.97\. Only a pack of 2 was available so I left the spare in the unit. I messaged the owner but still have not received a response of a thank you, or here is your money back...Nothing! The walls had likely been scuffed and you could clearly see where flat white paint had been painted over to cover them. The tubs enamel was worn off from scrubbing so it appeared dirty which stressed my mom out. The shower curtain did need to be washed or changed. The towel bar in one of the bathrooms was barely hanging on with some adhesive; when my sister touched it, it fell down. All in all, a cute unit with poor customer service ##### michelle J.
