  • This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment offers the perfect combination of space and comfort.
    The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and ample storage.

    A fully equipped open-concept kitchen connects seamlessly to the dining and living areas. The living room also includes a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space if needed.
    The unit is equipped with central air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer, and large windows that allow for abundant natural light.

    Amenities: Resort-style pool, rooftop terrace with bar and social lounge, fully equipped fitness center, spa with sauna and steam room, basketball and racquetball courts, and multiple activity spaces, ideal for relaxation, fitness, and recreation

    Please note:
    -There are no daily resort fees, and on-site parking is not available.

Exceptional 2-month stay in Miami! I spent about two months in this beautiful apartment in Downtown, just steps away from the Worldcenter, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is strategic, central, and incredibly convenient for getting around anywhere.The apartment itself is a gem: clean, cozy, modern, and fully equipped. The view is simply breathtaking, and the layout is so well-organized that we felt right at home immediately. It had everything we needed to live comfortably as if we were permanent residents for our entire stay.The building amenities are absolutely fabulous: a fully equipped Technogym fitness center, sauna, steam room, an indoor half-basketball court, and a racquetball/handball court—not to mention the beautiful pool and hot tub. For those who need to work, the coworking area and lounge spaces are perfect, quiet, and highly functional.Finally, a special thanks to the host. They were incredibly kind, professional, and always quick to respond to any message. They even showed great flexibility by granting us a 5-hour late check-out, a gesture we deeply appreciated that truly highlights their exceptional hospitality.I highly recommend this apartment for both short vacations and long-term stays in Miami. We will definitely be back!
