This Condo is a gem. And the main pavilion for Art Basel is downstairs 5 minutes away walking - perfect location! The apartment has brand new floors, a large kitchen with all the latest appliances. It's a special unit, ideal for business travelers, snow birds and small/young families, who want their own beautiful "apartment space and home" while in beautiful Miami. \*The Building allows 2-3 Adults + up to 2 kids 18 yrs / under. (4 Adults not permitted). \*Parking indoors available for $100/fixed fee for entire stay, additional parking offered by building \*Pet allowed up to 35 lbs The building has an elegant lobby entrance, shops and restaurants downstairs, a deli/supermarket, pharmacy and anything a visitor could need in amenities downstairs in connected internal commercial space next door, making it very convenient for all guests. Guest Access is easy. The guest receives a digital code to the apt door for entry, check-in time and instructions for check-in directly with concierge or the check-in office depending on time/date of arrival. Baggage Valet/Concierge: If Guests arrive before Check-in time or plan to leave town after Check-out, they can drop off their luggage at the building Valet service. It is very convenient, safe, and costs $2/bag. Just drive up to the building entrance and you will see the bell boys who are happy to help! My husband and I greatly enjoyed our time in Miami this winter, and a lot of that was because of the VRBO we stayed at. Even though we fought some hotel and spring break tourists in the condo complex and didn’t get to really enjoy the amenities, the unit was clean, great for two working adults and had a spectacular view. If you have a car, it’s easy to drive to the beach or downtown. The host was fantastic and able to answer any questions.
