The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow, although there are a chain of steps to get parked and into the apartment. Javier, the host, was very responsive and great at communicating leading up to the stay and during check in. The parking is in the underground garage, and takes some maneuvering to get into the spot. The apartment was clean, and well stocked, with silverware, dishes, pots and pans, etc. available for use. The only thing we needed that wasn’t there was sugar/sweetener for coffee. The location is nice and in a safe environment. Check In / Out was super uncomplicated and our Host Javier was super nice, reliable and responded fast to everything we texted him! Restaurants and a Publix supermarket is nearby and can be reached within 10-15 minutes of walking. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms are big and the balcony was a very nice addition! Everything was super tidy too. Only thing that we didn't like was the parking space you have. It is located in a garage, but the space itself is very small if you have a bigger car. It fits, but you have to do a lot of work to get in there since you are driving on a ramp with metal edges that your car has to fit in. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend the apartment to everyone! There were restaurants nearby along with several grocery stores. Area was safe and quiet. There was an initial problem at check in but the owner quickly and satisfactorily handled the situation.
