Walking distance from Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village.10 minutes drive from Miami Beach and 15 minutes from the Miami International Airport and 10 min from Wynwood. The apartment includes 3 queen beds in addition to two twin beds. Each room has a 43 inch screen TV in addition to a 50 inch screen TV in the living room. This apartment is located on the 31st floor and guests will have access to all amenities. Relaxing vacation time

Monica’s property was super fun to stay at for me and my six friends. The wraparound balcony has a beautiful view, and the outdoor pool was very nice to sit out at.

Incredible Space and Location

This property is wonderful and in a great location within walking distance of the Tram and great restaurants. Great amenities including a well equipped gym and an amazing pool. Words cannot express how great the property owners Monica and Marlon are. They're communication is impeccable and they are some of the greatest people I have ever dealt with. Great, great, great experience!

Was in town for a work conference with coworkers and chose this apartment in Brickell. Very convenient location within walking distance from restaurants and not too far from downtown. Property manager shared all information before which was super helpful and made the check in & checkout process easy.
