Our private studio is located in a condominium hotel, all amenities are maintained by the hotel staff. The Neighborhood: Convenient to the marina, park, Starbucks, restaurants, movie theaters, retail stores and only a few minutes away from the highway for an easy drive to downtown and all major highways! Getting Around: There is a train station about a mile away, it's best to get here by private/ rental car or taxi. 15 Minutes by car from Brickell Other Things to Note: Parking for one vehicle is available for $10/night - please let us know if you will be parking a vehicle Please note that extra guests (up to the maximum allowable occupancy limits) added after the booking will incur a $10 + tax/ night/ extra guest fee. Kindly note that late check outs are usually not possible, and a check out past 11 AM will be charged a $75 to cover cleaners overtime fees. Please remember that you are staying in a private studio, not a hotel unit despite that my private property is in a building shared… with a hotel. You get the same access to the amenities & engineer help as hotel guests, but daily cleaning is not part of the rate. Please let us know if you would like to purchase additional cleaning services, like a change of linens or towels. The photos are of the actual unit, however we change furniture, accessories, art work and small appliances when needed. Some of these items may look different than in the pictures in the listing. The kitchenette and bathroom are original but well taken care of. There are 3 elevators, you can expect to wait for 2 -3 minutes during the morning rush hour for an available elevator. Guest must be at least 21 years of age by check in. Please use appliances as they are intended to be used. We are not responsible for the loss of valuables or personal belongings of our guests. We are not responsible for the spoilage of food and beverages. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. We are not liable the closure of any amenity or denial of access of our guests. Please note all amenities are managed and operated by the Arya hotel. This includes all the pool area, gym, laundry room, car valet service. The resort management may change the opening hours or close any or all amenities for any reason. We took an Uber from/to airport and didn’t do any other transportation. There were plenty of places to walk,shops, and restaurants in the area. It was perfect for a few days of relaxing at the pool and exploring the area. Construction going on in unit above us and at hotel so lots of noise- but know that is not in the owners control ##### Janna Y. What an excellent view from this beautiful studio. The bedroom was comfy comfy too. It also had a modified pull out sofa for my teenage daughter. She was also very comfortable as they had additional thoughtful items like a thick mattress pad. You can't beat the view and the hosts were very easy to get in touch with and accommodating. Quiet enough to rest well at night and busy enough to always have something to do. The pool and hot tub are a beautiful way to end a day of exploring as well. I’m thankful for the hosts for their ability to communicate clearly and in a timely way. I hope to come back again sometime soon. ##### Jaima L. Only downside is that the hotel lounge and restaurant are closed now for renovation, so there was no place to congregate with friends for a drink and conversation Pool area does not allow outside food or drinks nor any alcohol. We decided to switch from Marriott Courtyard in Coral Gables to this apartment 20 floors high overlooking Biscayne Bay and one of its sailboat filled natural harbors. It was a nice change. Coconut Grove (totally walkable) has a bunch of good places to eat - breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just spending time at the pool was a great way to relax. We'll stay here again. ##### William H. Property was so clean and the view gorgeous. Only down side and it is out of owners control, was the lack of elevators.
