The apartment is located in the heart of Brickell and has an amazing view of the city and the bay. Enjoy the Infinity pools on the 15th floor, as well as the gym, spa, and famous Icon indoor pools.

One of the best locations in Miami. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Can sleep up to 4 , has two King beds. If you need an inflatable mattress please let us know in advance.

- Due to new building policies someone from our team needs to be there to register you with the front desk. After 8pm, there is a $50 late check in fee. Please coordinate with us your arrival time.

• Amenities IMPORTANT (Only 4 guest cards are provided for the amenities. Only 4 guests can use the amenities at the same time). The apartment fits 5, but management only allows 4 guests to use the amenities.

• Garbage – Trash chute is located next to units that end with 01 (1601,1701,1801…). Trash is to be disposed of properly. You must not leave garbage bags on the floor. Garbage bags are not left unattended in front of door or in stairwell.

• Smoking – NO SMOKING inside the unit. Cigarette butts are not to be thrown off the balcony.

• Noise complaints – Parties are not allowed in the unit, this is a residential building. The maximum of occupancy is 2 adults per bedroom. There should be NO loud or unusual noises after 11pm or before 7am.

• Food Deliveries – Food deliveries are not allowed in the lobby. All food deliveries are to be picked up on the ground level with security or will be sent up to the unit. Name for delivery must be the same name as the one on the reservation.

• Dress Code – All guests must be covered up accordingly. Shirts, shoes and pants/shorts.
