With handmade lighting and sustainable pink Mexican plaster walls, the space is full of character. Enjoy a small breakfast nook, perfect for morning coffee. Walk to the Saturday Farmers Market. or drive minutes to Design District, Edgewater, Midtown, Wynwood & the beach. This private studio is built into the main home. Its built into a modern luxury home where we live :) Our studio features a queen bed, a built in ledge perfect for working or dining. Large TV and alarm clock/sound machine/Bluetooth speaker combo. ★ BREAKFAST NOOK: The breakfast nook features a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, electric kettle and disposable cutlery, cups and dishes. The space is not meant to cook meals in as there is no sink or ventilation exhaust. However, its perfect for breakfast or to heat up restaurant leftovers. ★ DETAILS: The studio room shares a wall and bolt locked door to the main house. There is full privacy in the space. Note that while walls are built to be soundproof you may hear some noise from the main house. The studio is equipped with a sound machine. The home has front of house security cameras for safety. Owners live onsite and have a small dog. ★ PET POLICY: No pets allowed. ★ PARKING: There is parking on the street in front of the home. ★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: Package delivery to the door; guests are responsible for package retrieval and lost packages. ★ PROVISIONS: Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set and starter toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body soap). Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included. A starter pack of disposable cups, cutlery and plates are provided. ★ GUEST SCREENING: A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted. ★ SAFETY: We adhere to CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols, ensuring thorough disinfection. Surveillance cameras monitor the property's exterior for added security. Please note that the property has a groundskeeper that may access the pool for service, landscaping and other upkeep needs for exterior grounds. ★ EXTRAS: We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. Regular pest control is in place. Guest Access: This is an efficiency / Studio connected to the main house the owners live in. There is an independent, private front door entrance to the studio. It shares a wall with the home and there is a locked and permanently bolted door, creating full safety and privacy in the studio. The Neighborhood: Welcome to Miami's Upper East Side, a charming and vibrant neighborhood that perfectly blends old-world charm with modern energy. Known for its artistic flair, tree-lined streets, and eclectic vibe, this area is an up-and-coming hotspot with cozy cafes, local boutiques, and intimate dining spots. Just minutes away from the Design District, Wynwood, Edgewater, Downtown, Midtown, Brickell, and the iconic beaches, you'll have the best of Miami at your doorstep.
