Now, with that renaissance complete, the Wynwood Wall is the reality that Tony imagined. Tickets are available in advance to witness the talent of more than 35 murals painted by world-famous artists. If you'd like to purchase a memento of your trip to Miami and Wynwood, there are more than 70 galleries from which to choose, with pieces in all price points. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law. The minimum rental age is 25\. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival. An accurate guest count must be provided No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am No smoking or vaping.
