For your security place all your valuables inside the safe deposit and make sure to lock it. Garbage disposal unit on the sink is meant for small food residue on plates. not as a garbage can. When the balcony door is open make sure the A/C is turned off otherwise it will be freeze and will require a repair company which will be charged at the guest's expense. Do not connect play stations or other external devices to the TV sets. Please dispose your trash using the trash chute located on your floor by the '02' line \-Trash bags must be properly sealed to avoid any leakage on the hallway carpet. \-Boxes must be broken down and disposed at the Ground Level \*\*TRASH LEFT AT THE TRASH CHUTE WITHOUT BEING DISPOSED OF PROPERLY WILL RECEIVE A $100 FINE\*\* Due to COVID, building management requires that all guests MUST wear a face mask while being in any common area. This includes: lobby, elevators, hallways, valet ramp, amenities, etc. Parking: Parking at Icon Tower 3 is Valet only. Here are the rates for ICON's valet parking and some other options for parking near the property: 1\. However, it is very complicated to find your way since there was no 'welcome packet' or explanation of where things were, how to access the pool/gym, getting an access pass. The front desk of the building is separate from VRBO. VRBO then connected me to "Miami Stays" company, but the actual contact was someone else who represented the owner. I had to communicate with three different groups/persons to get any information. It took me three days to figure it all out. Someone needs to explain to each renter how everything has a separate fob or cardpass to enter and exit and where things are. It is too complicated to put all the FOB/card pass issues in this reply. Overall, the place is great. Just needs better 'welcome explanation' of things...and a front desk that helps renters instead of saying "that is not our issue." james ##### James D. The location is ideal and the apartment has lots of small conveniences for an extended stay. I'm particularly a big fan of the ice maker in the freezer, in-room washer/dryer, and a walk-in closet to store your luggage (and stocked with some extra toiletries for your stay). My only major complaint is that the bed seems to sink or slope toward the headboard, making it a bit hard to get comfortable. The mattress itself is great, though. A couple other small things in the apartment show some wear as well, but nothing that takes away from what a fantastic deal this was. I will definitely be on the look out for this property the next time I visit Miami.
