The kitchen has everything you need including top-of-the-line appliances such as a glass top stove, oven, toaster, a Nespresso coffeemaker, cooking pots, and utensils followed by the dining area with a table for 6 people and access to the balcony with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay where you can sit back and enjoy amazing sunsets!!! The living room has 2 comfortable full-size sofa beds along with a Smart TV The master bedroom includes 1 Queen-size bed, 1 full bath, a closet, with a Smart TV, and direct access to the balcony. The Secondary Bedroom has a 1 Queen-size bed, 1 full bath, a closet, with a Smart TV, and direct access to the balcony. Inside you'll find bath and hand towels, washcloths, fresh linens and additional linens for the sofa bed, and complimentary toiletries. – The daily Amenity Fee (Resort Fee) of $59 + taxes (Total $66.67) is already included in your nightly rate, as well as the cleaning fee. Nothing additional is due at check-in. This fee is charged per day, not per person.
