The pool is open Friday–Sunday and closed Monday–Thursday. Escape to the 28th floor of The Icon Brickell, where floor-to-ceiling windows showcase stunning city lights and partial water views. This 2BR oasis offers lux living with a world-renowned pool deck, state-of-the-art gym, hot & cold pools, sauna, and steam room. Experience urban indulgence with every moment framed by breathtaking panoramas. Please note: There’s a small hairline crack on the top living room window. This form states the dates of your arrival and departure, Photo IDs of ALL the guests above 18 years of age (no exception) and that the confirmation of the guests that they have agreed to the building rules. ➤ Please be informed that amenity passes can be collected any day of the week between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM ➤Parking is NOT included. Additionally, given the nature of short-term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can\`t guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs. ➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender.
