Centrally located, brand new 2 bedroom unit in the heart of SoBe! Only 1block from Lincoln road, 4 Blocks from the Ocean and 4 Blocks from Sunset Harbour. Unit is fully equipped with a washer/dryer and a private balcony. 20 minutes from MIA airport and 45 minutes from FLL airport.

This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any smoking of any kind will result in a penalty of a $1,000 smoke-remediation fee.

Please note: a refundable damage deposit fee is collected 2 days before check-in and released 7 days after check-out

The location has an amazing walkability score of 98%. You can walk everywhere. If you choose not to walk, you have the south beach trolly that cost $1 and takes you around the beach with many stops. You can also use the Deco Bikes - bike rentals stations all over the city that can be rented for getting around. Uber and lyft are very accessible as well. You can also use Swoop which is an electric golf cart that can pick you up and drop you off for a tip to the driver...
