Unprofessional and unresponsive host.

Unprofessional and unresponsive host from the day that we booked the reservation. Messaged her several times through the Vrbo app and never got a response from her. We had questions and concerns to ask but no one to ask. Even went to the lobby of Quadro and they told us to ask our host. How could we when she never responded?
